TeaBow's 2025 Real Estate Development Highlights

The City of Cumberland signed an agreement with TeaBow Residential on April 4, 2024 to allow for Infill Development of market-rate residential housing on Maryland Ave, Arch Street, Lee Street, Pennsylvania Avenue, and Knox Street. 252 E. Elder will also be rehabilitated by Teabow under the development agreement in place.

These projects are a result of the City's Neighborhood Revitalization Program. Through the Infill Development Incentive Program, jointly established by the City of Cumberland and Allegany County Government - Maryland, the City is poised to welcome over twenty much-needed housing units. Washington, D.C. based developer TeaBow Residential is already hard at work constructing a duplex on Arch Street, and has many more units in the pipeline.
