This 20,000+ private home estate is being built in Northern Virginia by TeaBow Residential. Some of the highlights of this home are it's six-car garage, a expansive pool with pool house, a full size regulation bowling alley. A ballroom for entertaining parties of over 100 people. A seprate living quarters for in home care givers. This homes construction is being meticulously managed by Dr. Walter S. Before the Build
Before construction began, the property featured a modest 2-bedroom, 1-bathroom single-family home spanning 3,205 sq. ft. While the structure held character, it no longer met the needs of the site or the vision for the future. The outdated layout, limited living space, and underutilized lot potential inspired a complete transformation—setting the stage for the stunning custom estate you see taking shape today.
