Our construction team is led by our CEO and licensed general contractor, Dr. Walter S. Bowman, Sr.  Dr. Bowman co-founded TeaBow Residential in 2016 with the ultimate goal of “Building a Difference”.  Since the company’s inception, the staff has grown to over 30 full-time construction team members and a full staffed stellar performing development leadership team.  Our largest project to date is a 68-unit condominium building in St. Petersburg, Florida.  We are currently preparing to develop a 40-Unit condominium project on Kennedy Street in the Petworth community of Washington, D.C. – C.
